At Bridges Lane, staff are able to develop skills and gain qualifications that directly benefit the care and safety of those in their care, their colleagues and themselves.

 

We have developed links with Carshalton College and TNG Network Ltd to provide training to gain NVQ 3 - Working with Children and Young People.

 

In addition Bridges Lane also offers a number of in-house training courses in line with the National Minimum Standards.
